Thyrocare Technologies Limited has announced that Friday, November 28, 2025, will be the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for its 2:1 bonus issue.
Investors must hold shares as of tomorrow to receive two bonus equity shares for every one fully paid-up equity share they own. The bonus issue received board approval earlier and was cleared by shareholders on November 16, 2025.
Under the approved ratio, shareholders will receive two bonus equity shares of face value ₹10 each for every existing share. In line with SEBI’s updated framework, the deemed date of allotment is Monday, December 1, 2025. The bonus shares will be credited to demat accounts and made available for trading beginning Tuesday, December 2, 2025.
As mandated under SEBI circular CIR/CFD/PoD/2024/122, Thyrocare has aligned the bonus issue timeline with regulatory requirements to ensure transparency and faster processing. The record date scheduled for tomorrow finalises the eligible shareholder list and ensures a smooth corporate action execution.
The company recently declared an interim dividend of ₹7 per share with a record date of October 24, 2025, and a final dividend of ₹21 per share with a record date of July 25, 2025.
