Major companies, including Patanjali Foods, Prestige Estates Projects, Pokarna, Asahi India Glass, and VST Tillers Tractors, will trade ex-dividend today. These companies have set September 3 as the record date to finalise the list of eligible shareholders for dividend payments.

To qualify, investors needed to purchase shares in their demat account at least 1 day before the record date under the T+1 settlement cycle.

Dividend Payout Details

  • Patanjali Foods Ltd

Declared a final dividend of ₹2 per share (100% of face value ₹2) for FY25. Earlier, it had given an interim dividend of ₹8 per share in November 2024.

  • Pokarna Ltd

Announced a 30% dividend of ₹0.60 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.

  • Prestige Estates Projects Ltd

Recommended a dividend of ₹1.80 per share (face value ₹10) for FY25.
 

  • Asahi India Glass Ltd

Suggested a dividend of ₹2 per share for FY25, pending shareholder approval.
 

  • VST Tillers Tractors Ltd

Proposed a final dividend of ₹20 per share (face value ₹10) for FY25, payable on or after September 10, 2025, upon AGM approval.
