Stocks in Focus

Reliance Industries

Reliance Jio will phase out its 1GB/day prepaid plans, aiming to focus on value and higher revenue per user instead of just subscriber growth. 

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL)

The Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) has approved the purchase of 97 LCA Mark 1A fighter jets worth ₹62,000 crore. This is one of HAL’s largest-ever defence deals.

Suzlon Energy

Suzlon Energy plans to expand into exports to Central Asia and Europe. Orders are expected by the end of 2025, with deliveries starting in the next 12 months.

Indian Oil

Indian Oil signed an MoU with Air India to supply Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). Its Panipat refinery is the first in India to be certified by ICAO for SAF production.

The Ramco Cements

Ramco Cements launched a new ‘Hard Worker’ construction chemicals brand. The company targets ₹2,000 crore revenue in 4–5 years with 20 products already launched and 20 more planned.

GIC Housing Finance

Shareholders approved the issue of NCDs worth ₹2,500 crore via private placement. The company has also cleared related-party transactions worth up to ₹1,000 crore.

Globe Civil Projects

The company won a ₹222.2 crore contract from the Haryana Cricket Association to build an international cricket stadium in Jhajjar. The project will be completed in 24 months.

Lloyds Metals & Energy

Lloyds secured the Tandsi-III and Tandsi-III extension coking coal mine on the MP–Maharashtra border. The mine spans 338 hectares with reserves of 23 MMT, won with a 10.5% premium bid.
