On Day 3 of subscription, July 29, as of 5:04 PM, Shanti Gold IPO was subscribed 80.78 times. QIBs subscribed 117.33x, NIIs subscribed 151.17x, and retail investors subscribed 29.73x.
The share allotment was finalised on Wednesday, July 30, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Friday, August 1, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Shanti Gold share price (NSE: SHANTIGOLD) opened at ₹227.55, up from its issue price of ₹199.00. At 10:12 AM, the share price was trading at ₹233.00, up by 17.09% from its issue price and up by 2.40% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s high at ₹238.36. The company’s market cap was ₹1,683.44 crore.
On the BSE, at 10:13 AM, Shanti Gold share price was trading at ₹232.50, up by 1.48% from its opening price of ₹229.10 and 16.83% up from its issue price of ₹199.00.
