On Oct 10, 2025, RCF shares are trading ex-date, meaning that the shareholders registered in the company’s books will be eligible for the ₹1.32 final dividend.
RCF Ltd said in an exchange filing, “The Board has recommended a final dividend of Rs.1.32 per equity share of RS.10/- each (i.e. 13.20% on the paid up equity share capital) for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The final dividend would be paid within 30 days from the date of its declaration at the AGM.”

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Ltd (RCF), a government-owned enterprise, has posted a remarkable 404% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit for the first quarter of FY25. The company’s net profit soared to ₹54.4 crore, a sharp rise from ₹10.8 crore recorded in the same period last year.
What makes this performance particularly notable is that it comes despite a significant dip in revenue. RCF's revenue from operations declined by 23.2% YoY, falling to ₹3,370.5 crore from ₹4,396 crore in Q1FY24.
On the operational side, RCF delivered strong results. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) rose by 36.4% to ₹157.9 crore, compared to ₹115.8 crore in the previous year’s corresponding quarter. The EBITDA margin also improved markedly, increasing by over 200 basis points to 4.7%, up from 2.6%.
