Prestige Estates Reports 50% Rise in Q2 Sales, Collections Increase 55%

Prestige Estates Projects Limited delivered a strong performance in the second quarter of FY26, with notable growth in sales and collections. The company reported Q2 sales of ₹6,017 crore, reflecting a 50% increase compared to the same quarter last year, while collections rose 55% to ₹4,212 crore.
The performance was driven by steady demand across key markets including Bengaluru, Mumbai, and NCR.
Sales Volume and Realisations
During Q2 FY26, Prestige Estates Projects recorded a sales volume of 44.2 lakh square feet, up 47% year-on-year. The average realisation per square foot also improved by 8%, reaching ₹14,906.
The company launched 38.7 lakh square feet of developable area in the quarter, corresponding to a gross development value (GDV) of ₹3,967 crore. Total launches in H1 FY26 amounted to 1.88 crore square feet, with a GDV of ₹17,592 crore, indicating sustained expansion in the company’s portfolio.
Project Completions and Segment Performance
Total project completions in the first half of FY26 stood at 79.9 lakh square feet. In the office segment, gross leasing for Q2 reached 23 lakh square feet, with portfolio occupancy at 93.4%. Projected exit rentals for FY26 are estimated at ₹820 crore.
The retail segment reported a 9% year-on-year increase in gross turnover to ₹624 crore, with footfalls reaching 4.8 million. Occupancy across retail properties remained high at 99%, reflecting steady tenant demand.
