Prestige Estates Projects Ltd, a Bengaluru-based real estate developer, acquired 102 acres of land in the April–June 2025 quarter to build new housing projects. These projects are expected to have a gross development value (GDV) of ₹20,400 crore.
The land was purchased through direct acquisitions and joint ventures with landowners in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai.
The cost of these acquisitions was not disclosed.
In Q1 FY26, the company’s net profit rose 26% to ₹292.5 crore from ₹232.6 crore last year, while total income grew 22% to ₹2,468.7 crore.
Sales bookings surged to ₹12,126.4 crore, nearly four times last year’s ₹3,029.5 crore, driven by strong demand for its Ghaziabad housing project.
Despite a 19% drop in sales bookings in FY25 due to delayed project launches, Prestige Estates is targeting ₹27,000 crore in sales bookings for FY26.
The company has delivered over 300 projects and currently has around 140 projects in its pipeline.

Prestige Estates has a market capitalisation of ₹69,560 crore, a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 129.41, and does not currently offer a dividend yield. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock has traded between a high of ₹1,972.00 and a low of ₹1,048.05.
