Oil India Limited, a Navratna PSU, has announced September 4, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share for FY 2024–25. The board had earlier recommended this dividend on May 21, 2025. Once approved by shareholders, the payout will be made within 30 days.

With this, the company’s total dividend for FY25 stands at ₹11.5 per share.

AGM Details

The company will hold its 66th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (IST). In line with regulations, the AGM will be conducted online through video conferencing and OAVM instead of a physical meet.

Shareholders will receive the AGM notice and annual report via email. An e-voting facility will also be available, with September 11, 2025, as the cut-off date to determine voting eligibility.

Oil India Q1 FY26 Earnings

For the April–June 2025 quarter, Oil India posted a 44.7% jump in net profit at ₹1,896 crore, compared to ₹1,310 crore in the previous quarter.

However, revenue dropped 10% QoQ to ₹7,928 crore, while EBITDA fell 17.8% to ₹2,351 crore. The operating margin narrowed to 29.6% from 32.4%, reflecting higher costs amid weaker sales.

Oil India Stock Performance

Despite strong profits, the stock has been under pressure. In the past year, Oil India share price (NSE: OIL) has fallen over 40%, and is down 5% in 2025 so far.

The stock reached a 52-week high of ₹767.30 in August 2024 but slumped to a low of ₹322.15 in April 2025, exhibiting significant volatility.
