PFC led the gains, rising 1.94% to ₹405, followed by REC at ₹372.85 (+1.48%) and Muthoot Finance at ₹3,057 (+1.22%). Other notable gainers include SBI at ₹865.55 (+1.00%) and HDFC Bank at ₹952.30 (+0.77%), reflecting selective buying in PSU and private financial stocks.

Axis Bank dropped 2.01% to ₹1,130.80, leading the laggards.
