
Happiest Minds Technologies Limited announced its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2025, showing consistent growth across key metrics.
The company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹59,517 lakh, up 2.6% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) and 8.5% year-on-year (YoY). In constant currency terms, revenue grew 2.3% QoQ and 6.7% YoY, indicating stable demand across digital service lines.
Operating revenue in US dollar terms was $65.1 million, reflecting a growth of 1.2% QoQ and 4.4% YoY. The company’s EBITDA for the quarter stood at ₹12,027 lakh, accounting for 20.2% of total income, demonstrating a disciplined cost structure. Profit after tax (PAT) was ₹5,402 lakh, representing 9.1% of total income and a growth of 9.1% YoY.
For the half year ended September 30, 2025, Happiest Minds recorded total income of ₹1,17,510 lakh, growing 13.2% YoY. Revenue in constant currency terms increased 11.8% YoY, while operating revenue in US dollar terms stood at $129.5 million, up 9.8% YoY.
EBITDA for H1FY26 came in at ₹24,432 lakh, 20.8% of total income, maintaining healthy operating profitability. PAT stood at ₹11,115 lakh, growing 10.6% YoY. The company’s adjusted PAT, after accounting for non-cash and exceptional items, was ₹13,415 lakh, which is 11.4% of total income, with an adjusted EPS of ₹8.91.
As of September 30, 2025, Happiest Minds had a total of 290 active clients, with 13 new client additions during the quarter, reinforcing its growth momentum and client retention strength.
The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of ₹2.75 per equity share of face value ₹2 for FY2025-26. The record date for the dividend has been set as November 4, 2025.
On October 29, 2025, Happiest Minds share price (NSE: HAPPSTMNDS) opened at ₹517.95, up from its previous close of ₹515.75. At 9:40 AM, the share price of Happiest Minds was trading at ₹516.80, up by 0.20% on the NSE.
