The company’s revenue from operations grew 45.45% YoY to ₹1,677 crore in Q2FY26, up from ₹1,153 crore in Q2FY25. This robust growth in profit and revenue was driven by strong project execution and higher order book realisation.

GRSE’s board of directors has declared an interim dividend of ₹5.75 per share for FY26, with a total payout of ₹65.87 crore. The record date to determine eligible shareholders for this dividend has been fixed as November 11, 2025. This decision underscores the company’s strong financial performance and commitment to shareholder returns.
Investors holding GRSE shares in their Demat account as of the record date will be eligible to get the dividend.
On Tuesday, GRSE share price closed 0.92% lower at ₹2,550 per share on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). As of November 4, 2025, the company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹29,210.76 crore, reflecting its growing stature among defence public sector undertakings.
