Cochin Shipyard Limited (CSL) has released its standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
Consolidated Performance
For the quarter ended June 30, 2025, CSL reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹1,06,859.48 lakh, marking a significant increase from ₹77,147.44 lakh in the corresponding quarter last year. Other income stood at ₹5,433.01 lakh, compared to ₹8,400.76 lakh in Q1 FY25.
Total consolidated income rose to ₹1,12,292.49 lakh from ₹85,548.20 lakh year-on-year. Profit for the period came in at ₹18,782.88 lakh, up from ₹17,423.54 lakh in Q1 FY25.
Standalone Performance
On a standalone basis, CSL’s revenue from operations for Q1 FY26 stood at ₹97,742.41 lakh, compared to ₹70,984.23 lakh in the same quarter last year. Other income was ₹5,478.83 lakh, marginally higher than ₹8,014.33 lakh in Q1 FY25.
Total standalone income reached ₹1,03,221.24 lakh, up from ₹78,998.56 lakh in the previous year’s first quarter. Profit for the period was ₹18,786.36 lakh, compared to ₹18,084.61 lakh in Q1 FY25.
Both standalone and consolidated figures point towards year-on-year growth in revenues and profits.
Cochin Shipyard Share Price Performance
On August 13, 2025, Cochin Shipyard share price (NSE: COCHINSHIP) opened at ₹1,680.00, up from its previous close of ₹1,667.20. At 9:58 AM, the share price of Cochin Shipyard was trading at ₹1,689.10, up by 1.31% on the NSE.
