CEAT Limited’s Board of Directors has declared and approved the dividend of ₹30 per equity share of face value of ₹10 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
CEAT Ltd has recommended a dividend of ₹30 per equity share (300%) of face value ₹10 each for the financial year 2024–25. The company stated that this dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The Record Date for determining eligible shareholders is Friday, August 8, 2025. If approved at the AGM, the dividend will be paid or dispatched within 30 days, in line with SEBI guidelines and after applicable tax deductions.
The dividend will be credited to shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members or in the Depository records as of the Record Date.
For Q1 FY25-26, the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹3,529.4 crore, marking a 10.5% year-on-year (YoY) growth. The consolidated EBITDA margin stood at 10.9%, while net profit came in at ₹112.3 crore. On a standalone basis, revenue rose 11.1% YoY to ₹3,520.7 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 11.1% and a net profit of ₹135.4 crore.
On August 6, 2025, CEAT share price (NSE: CEATLTD) opened at ₹3,189.60 and closed at ₹3,218.50, up by1.12%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹3,244.00.

The company had also declared a dividend of ₹30 per share in the previous year, with a record date of August 9, 2024. Shareholders must hold shares in a valid demat account as of the record date to be eligible for the dividend.
