Aye Finance’s ₹1,010 crore IPO is a combination of a fresh issue worth ₹710 crore and an offer for sale aggregating ₹300 crore. The IPO opens for subscription on February 9 and closes on February 11, with allotment expected on February 12. The company is scheduled to list on both BSE and NSE on February 16.
The price band has been fixed at ₹122–₹129 per share, and the minimum retail investment stands at ₹14,964 for one lot of 116 shares.
Fractal Analytics plans to raise ₹2,833.90 crore through a mix of fresh issue and offer for sale. The IPO also opens on February 9 and closes on February 11, with listing expected on February 16 on BSE and NSE.
The issue price band is ₹857–₹900 per share, and the minimum retail investment amount comes to ₹14,400 for one lot of 16 shares.
Marushika Technology’s SME IPO, entirely a fresh issue of ₹26.97 crore, opens for subscription on February 12 and closes on February 16. Shares are expected to list on the NSE SME platform on February 19.
The price band is fixed at ₹111–₹117 per share, with a higher minimum investment requirement due to larger lot size.
