As the Solarworld Energy Solutions IPO closes for subscription today, the basis of allotment is expected to be finalized tomorrow, Friday, September 26, 2025. The credited shares are likely to reflect in demat accounts by Monday, September 29, 2025, with the IPO set to list on both BSE and NSE on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
The issue has seen strong demand, led primarily by retail investors and non-institutional investors (NIIs), who oversubscribed their respective categories by 27.29 times and 22.69 times. Qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) placed the lowest bids but still oversubscribed their category by 2.31 times, showcasing healthy overall investor interest in the offering.

As of July 31, 2025, it has completed projects with a total capacity of 253.67 MW AC/336.17 MW DC and is currently executing projects of 765 MW AC/994 MW DC for EPC and 325 MW/650 MWh for Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).
The company operates under two models: CAPEX, where it delivers turnkey projects transferred to the customer, and RESCO, where it owns and operates projects, selling power through long-term PPAs. It also offers integrated Operations & Maintenance services.
