Shreeji Shipping Global Limited, incorporated in 1995, is an integrated shipping and logistics company specialising in dry-bulk cargo. The company has developed a strong presence at non-major ports and jetties, particularly along the west coast of India and in Sri Lanka. Its operations span more than 20 ports, including Kandla, Navlakhi, Magdalla, Bhavnagar, Bedi, Dharmatar, and Puttalam, demonstrating its wide geographical footprint in the regional shipping sector.
The company offers a comprehensive range of cargo handling services such as lightering, stevedoring, and cargo management. In addition, it provides transportation solutions covering port-to-premise and premise-to-port movements, creating an end-to-end logistics framework. Another important part of its operations includes fleet chartering and equipment rentals, where Shreeji Shipping Global supplies vessels, floating cranes, barges, tugboats, and other heavy machinery to meet client needs in shipping and cargo management.
As of March 31, 2025, the company manages a sizeable fleet exceeding 80 vessels, which includes mini bulk carriers, barges, tugboats, and floating cranes. Beyond maritime assets, the company operates over 370 earthmoving machines such as excavators, payloaders, tippers, tankers, and trailers. This asset strength enables it to provide efficient handling, transportation, and logistical solutions for diverse sectors like oil and gas, energy, FMCG, and metals. The company also generates operational income through scrap sales and related activities.
Shreeji Shipping Global employs more than 1,173 permanent staff as of March 31, 2025, and is led by its promoters, Ashokkumar Haridas Lal and Jitendra Haridas Lal. Its competitive strengths include long-standing institutional relationships, proven cargo handling expertise, strong operational capabilities supported by its own fleet, and a consistent financial performance track record. These factors position the company as a prominent player in India’s dry-bulk shipping and logistics sector.
