
SEBI has given approval for 4 companies to launch public issues, providing fresh capital raising opportunities on the NSE and BSE.
The regulator cleared proposals from Integris Medtech, Alpine Texworld, Anjali Labtech and Appl Containers. All 4 issues will be listed on both the NSE and BSE, expanding the primary market pipeline.
Integris Medtech plans a fresh issue of equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each, targeting up to ₹925 crore. The issue also includes an offer for sale of 2,16,74,531 shares. Promoter shareholders will sell a portion of their holdings: Evercure Holdings up to 1,51,74,251 shares, Gurmit Singh Chugh and Punita Sharma each up to 32,50,140 shares.
The company may consider a pre IPO placement of ₹185 crore before filing the final prospectus. Net proceeds are earmarked mainly for debt reduction, with approximately ₹696.39 crore allocated to loan repayment and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
Alpine Texworld will raise funds through a book built issue consisting solely of a fresh issue of 1,50,00,000 shares. D A Financial Services is the book running lead manager and Kfin Technologies will act as registrar.

Based in Surat, Anjali Labtech operates in the lab grown diamond segment, supplying diamonds, jewellery, semiconductor substrates and microwave plasma chemical vapour deposition equipment.
The IPO will support expansion plans and strengthen its position in sustainable diamond and advanced materials markets.
Appl Containers proposes a book built issue of 38,00,000 shares, comprising a fresh issue of 13,00,000 shares and an offer for sale of 26,00,000 shares. Cumulative Capital is the book running lead manager and Bigshare Services will serve as registrar.
