Sawaliya Foods Products Limited was incorporated in July 2014 and is engaged in the manufacturing and processing of dehydrated vegetables. The company primarily caters to the branded packaged food industry and international importers, supplying products that are used as ingredients in various FMCG food applications. Its main offerings include dehydrated carrots, cabbage, and string beans, which find use in cup noodles, ready-to-eat noodles, pasta, and soups.
The company operates from its manufacturing facilities located in Dhar, Madhya Pradesh, with a combined capacity of about 1,500 MT for dehydrated products. The facilities are strategically designed with modern infrastructure and integrated operations to ensure quality consistency and production efficiency. Sawaliya Foods Products serves both domestic clients and international markets, with exports to countries including the United States of America.
In line with its sustainability goals, the company has implemented a zero-wastage policy. Unused raw materials, such as carrots, are sold in domestic markets to take advantage of price fluctuations, while sub-standard products are exported for use in pet food production. This approach allows the company to optimise resources, reduce waste, and diversify revenue streams.
The promoters of the company are Raghav Somani and Priya Somani, who have overseen its growth and operational expansion. As of the date of the IPO, the promoters hold 96.00% of the company’s shares, which will reduce to 67.78% post-issue. The company’s strengths include a premier customer base, a diversified product portfolio, strong quality assurance processes, cost-efficient sourcing, and an experienced management team with proven project implementation skills.
