PropShare Celestia represents a scheme providing exposure to 7 floors within Stratum @ Venus Grounds, a Grade A+ mixed-use commercial development. The property is located in Nehru Nagar, a prime commercial area of Ahmedabad, and features a central atrium design.
The total leasable area of the project is 2,07,838 sq. ft., supporting varied office configurations. The asset is positioned to cater to managed office and co-working demand.
The project houses 3 managed office operators including Smartworks Coworking Spaces Limited, EFC Limited, and Paragraph Khajanchi Business Centre LLP. These operators collectively serve 10 end occupiers across technology, financial services, analytics, and professional services sectors.
Prominent tenants include Tech Mahindra, a US-based professional services firm, and an Indian private sector bank. The diversified tenant base supports stable rental income across economic cycles.
