Mittal Sections IPO comprises a fresh issue of 0.37 crore shares, raising ₹52.91 crore. The issue opened on October 7, 2025, and closed on October 9, 2025, with allotment expected on October 10, 2025, and a tentative listing on BSE SME on October 14, 2025. The price band is ₹136–₹143 per share. 

Retail investors could apply for a minimum of 1,000 shares (₹2,86,000 at the upper band), while HNIs had to subscribe to at least 3 lots (3,000 shares, ₹4,29,000). Wealth Mine Networks Private Limited is the book running lead manager, Bigshare Services Private Limited is the registrar, and Sunflower Broking Private Limited acts as market maker. 

By October 9, 2025, the IPO was subscribed 2.25 times overall, with 4.07x in retail, 1.13x in QIBs, and 0.55x in NIIs. (Time: 4:34:51 PM IST)

Mittal Sections Business Overview

Mittal Sections Ltd., incorporated in 2009, specialises in manufacturing basic iron and steel products, including MS flat bars, round bars, angles, and channels under the brand “MSL-MITTAL.” 

The company’s products are designed to meet strict industry standards for construction, automotive, and engineering applications. Mittal Sections operates two manufacturing plants in Changodar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, with an installed capacity of 36,000 MTPA, and has plans to expand this capacity to 96,000 MTPA. 

Its product range includes MS Angles, MS Flats, MS Round Bars, and MS Channels, all aimed at providing durability, structural stability, and easy fabrication for various industrial uses. As of February 28, 2025, the company employed 63 permanent staff.
