M&B Engineering Business Overview
M&B Engineering Limited was incorporated in 1981 under the Companies Act, 1956. The company is engaged in the design, manufacturing, and installation of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEBs) and self-supported steel roofing systems across India and international markets.
Operating through two primary divisions, Phenix and Proflex, the company offers end-to-end structural solutions. The Phenix Division delivers integrated PEB solutions, including design, engineering, fabrication, and testing. The Proflex Division specialises in self-supported steel roofing, using mobile manufacturing units that operate directly at project sites.
M&B Engineering has executed more than 9,500 projects under these two divisions as of Fiscal 2025. The company caters to a wide range of sectors including general engineering, food and beverages, warehousing, power, textiles, logistics, and railways.
The company operates two strategically located manufacturing facilities: one in Sanand, Gujarat, commissioned in 2008, and the other in Cheyyar, Tamil Nadu, operational since 2024. These facilities provide a combined annual PEB production capacity of 103,800 MTPA.
