Exim Routes IPO is a book-built public issue aggregating ₹43.73 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 0.50 crore equity shares. The issue opened for subscription on December 12, 2025, and will close on December 16, 2025. 

The allotment is likely to be finalised on December 17, 2025, while the shares are expected to list on the NSE SME platform on December 19, 2025. 

The price band has been fixed at ₹83 to ₹88 per share. The lot size is 1,600 shares, and retail investors are required to apply for a minimum of two lots, amounting to an investment of ₹2,81,600 at the upper price band.

Exim Routes IPO was subscribed 2.05 times overall as of 11:15 AM on December 16, 2025, the third day of bidding. The retail segment saw subscription of 2.23 times, while the NII portion was subscribed 4.34 times. The QIB (excluding anchor investors) category remained unsubscribed at 0.00 times.
