Accenture reported revenue of $17.6 billion for the fourth quarter ended August 31, 2025, a 7% increase from a year earlier. The revenue growth was higher than the 2.6% rise recorded in the same quarter last year.
New bookings reached $21.3 billion, an increase of 6% year-on-year. Of this, $1.8 billion came from generative AI-related work. For the full fiscal year, bookings stood at $80.6 billion, including 129 contracts worth more than $100 million each.
Accenture’s total revenue for fiscal 2025 rose 7% to $69.7 billion. GAAP diluted earnings per share (EPS) rose 6% to $12.15, while adjusted EPS increased 8% to $12.93.
Bookings linked to generative and advanced AI nearly doubled to $5.9 billion in fiscal 2025. Revenue from these projects tripled to $2.7 billion. The company now has 77,000 AI and data professionals, up from 40,000 two years ago, and has delivered more than 6,000 AI projects during the year. Around 550,000 employees have been trained in AI-related skills.
Consulting revenues grew 6%, managed services increased 9%, and security services rose 16%, supported by acquisitions such as CyberCX in Australia.
The Q4 GAAP operating margin stood at 11.6%, down 270 basis points. Adjusted operating margin improved slightly to 15.1%. Quarterly GAAP diluted EPS fell 15% to $2.25, while adjusted EPS rose 9% to $3.03.
For fiscal 2026, Accenture expects revenue growth of 2-5% in local currency, or 3-6% excluding U.S. federal business impact. The company plans to return at least $9.3 billion to shareholders and has proposed a new campus in Visakhapatnam, expected to create about 12,000 jobs, as per Reuters.
