The recent consumer survey published in November 2025 indicates rising dependence on quick commerce (qcom) services, with Blinkit emerging as the most preferred platform and Swiggy showing a lead in food delivery preferences.
The survey shows Blinkit as the preferred qcom app for 31% of respondents, placing it ahead of Swiggy Instamart which stands at 19%. Flipkart Minutes holds 14%, while Zepto is noted by 12% of users. The findings reflect evolving consumer engagement with instant delivery services as shopping frequency continues to increase.
The survey was conducted online among over 1,000 digital users in the country to assess shifting consumption patterns and platform choices.
The share of users placing at least 1 daily order has risen from 8% in March 2025 to 17% in November 2025. Meanwhile, those ordering 2 to 3 times a day increased from 3% to 11%. The trend highlights deeper integration of qcom platforms into regular household needs.
With rising competition and discounts, 51% of users compare prices between platforms before purchasing. Additionally, 28% noted that increased qcom usage has reduced their shopping frequency on larger e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart.
Key reasons behind the preference for qcom services include fast delivery at 35%, reduction of offline shopping effort at 24%, better discounts at 22%, free delivery at 11% and wider product selection at 8%.
