Value 360 Communications is launching an IPO worth ₹41.69 crore, comprising a fresh issue of ₹37.53 crore and an offer for sale of ₹4.16 crore. The IPO will open on May 4, 2026, and close on May 6, 2026, with allotment expected on May 7. The shares are set to list on the NSE SME platform on May 11, 2026.

The price band is fixed at ₹95–₹98 per share, with a lot size of 1,200 shares. Retail investors need to apply for a minimum of 2 lots (2,400 shares), requiring ₹2,35,200 at the upper price. HNIs must apply for at least 3 lots (3,600 shares), amounting to ₹3,52,800.

Value 360 Communications started in 2007 as a partnership firm founded by Kunal Kishore and Gaurav Patra. It was later incorporated as a private company in 2009 and converted into a public company in 2025.

The company provides marketing and communication services, mainly helping brands manage their image, media presence, and customer engagement. Its core services include public relations (PR), crisis communication, investor relations, digital PR, and campaign management.

Over time, the company has expanded its presence across major cities like Mumbai and Bengaluru and diversified into digital marketing through its subsidiary, Popkorn PR. It has also invested in influencer marketing platform ClanConnect and developed Hubscribe, a content platform for creators.

Today, the company operates through two main segments: PR services and digital/content marketing. With an asset-light and scalable model, it earns revenue through long-term client contracts and project-based assignments, supporting steady growth.
