Upper Circuit Stocks Today – 25 April, 2024

On Thursday, the benchmark indices were trading in the green with the Sensex up around 190 points or 0.25% at 74,008, while the Nifty-50 was up around 40 points or 0.18% at 22,442. About 2,047 shares have advanced; 1,364 declined and 195 are unchanged on the BSE.

Top gainers and losers on the BSE Sensex index:

The top Sensex gainers were Axis Bank, Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd and State Bank of India while the top Sensex losers were Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bajaj Finance Ltd and Hindustan Unilever Ltd.

The indices in the broader markets were trading in the green with the BSE Mid-cap index up 0.54% and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.77%, respectively. The top mid-cap gainers were Bharat Forge Ltd and Aditya Birla Capital Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Vimta Labs Ltd and Jupiter Wagons Ltd.

The BSE Capital Goods Index was the top gaining among the sectorial indices and the BSE Realty Index was the top losing sector. The BSE Capital Goods Index gained by 0.70%, up by GMR Airports Infrastructure Ltd and Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd while the BSE Realty Index is down by 1% dragged by Macrotech Developers Ltd and DLF Ltd.

In the pre-opening session, these three stocks were trending: Apar Industries Ltd, Vodafone Idea Ltd and KSB Ltd.
