Apollo Hospitals Q4 Results: Net profit Rises 50%, firm Declares Rs 9 Dividend

On Tuesday, Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd reported robust returns in Q4FY23. The company’s net profit increased by 51.17% on a consolidated basis to Rs 142.07 crore in Q4FY23 compared to Rs 93.98 crore in the same quarter last year and decreased by 22.73% sequentially. The net sales of the company increased by 21.31% to Rs 4,302.20 crore as compared to Rs 3,546.43 crore in the same quarter last year and on a sequential basis, net sales rose by 0.91%. 

The PBIDT excluding other income rose by 5.38% to Rs 488.15 crore compared to Rs 463.23 crore in the same quarter last year and sequentially decreased by 3.40%. Recommended a final dividend of Rs 9 per equity share i.e., 180% of the face value of Rs 5 per share for FY23.

The share of Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd opened at Rs 4,609.95 and has touched a high and low of Rs 4,731 and Rs 4,573.25, respectively. So far 14,843 shares have been traded on the bourses.    

At the time of writing, the shares of Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd were trading at Rs 4,706.65, an increase of 2.25% from the previous day’s closing price of Rs 4,603.25 on the BSE. The stock has a 52-week high and low of Rs 4,900 and Rs 3,528.20, respectively on BSE.
