Indosolar Limited, a subsidiary of Waaree Energies Limited, has announced an Offer for Sale (OFS) of up to 10 lakh equity shares, representing 2.40% of its total paid-up equity share capital. This move aims to comply with the minimum public shareholding (MPS) requirement mandated under Rule 19A(5) of the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, and SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations.
Waaree Energies Limited, the promoter of Indosolar, proposes to sell these 10,00,000 equity shares of Indosolar Limited to help the company meet the MPS requirement.
The OFS will be conducted through the stock exchange mechanism. It is scheduled for non-retail investors on July 10, 2025, and for retail investors on July 11, 2025. The floor price has been fixed at ₹265 per share, with no discount for retail investors.
Bidding will be open from 9:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on both days through separate windows on the BSE and NSE. The BSE is the designated stock exchange for this OFS. Antique Stock Broking Limited has been appointed as the seller’s broker.
Out of the total shares offered, 10% is reserved for retail investors, while a minimum of 25% is reserved for mutual funds and insurance companies, subject to valid bids. Allocation will be done on a price priority basis. Retail investors also have the option to bid at the cut-off price, which will be determined from the bids placed by non-retail investors.
On July 10, 2025, Waaree Energies share price opened at ₹3,130.00, up from its previous close of ₹3,119.50. At 9:15 AM, the share price of Waaree Energies was trading at ₹3,173.00, up by 1.72% on the NSE.
