Tech Mahindra has announced a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. This represents a 600% payout on the face value of ₹5 per share.
The ex-dividend date and record date for this payout are both set for July 4, 2025. Shareholders holding the Tech Mahindra shares as of this date will be eligible to receive the dividend.
Earlier, the company had declared an interim dividend of ₹15 per share in November 2024. Including this, the total dividend for FY25 amounts to ₹45 per share, which is 900% of face value.
