To be eligible for the Tata Elxsi final dividend of ₹75 per share, you needed to be a registered shareholder as of the record date, June 11, 2025.
However, due to India’s T+1 (Trade plus One day) settlement system, only investors who bought the shares on or before June 10, 2025, will qualify. Under T+1 settlement, shares purchased on a given day are officially credited to your demat account on the next trading day.
