TARC Limited has reported its operational performance for the third quarter of FY2025, achieving presales of ₹1,165 crore. This marks a consistent growth trajectory for the company.
For the first nine months of FY2025, presales amounted to ₹2,487 crore, representing a remarkable six-fold year-on-year increase. Customer collections for Q3 FY2025 stood at ₹181 crore, bringing the total collections for the first three quarters to ₹371 crore. These figures highlight the company’s strong market position and the effectiveness of its sales strategies.
TARC Limited remains optimistic about its future prospects, forecasting continued growth in both sales and collections. The company’s positive outlook is supported by the growing demand in the luxury real estate sector and the successful execution of its strategic initiatives.
With the recent announcement of key infrastructure projects by Union Minister Sh. Nitin Gadkari, the development of strategic highways in Delhi is expected to improve connectivity and unlock significant growth opportunities for TARC’s land parcels in the region. This is set to further accelerate the company’s growth in the coming quarters.
