Just over a month after the beta version of the SwaRail app was rolled out for both iOS and Android users, it has now been rebranded and relaunched with a fresh name and logo. Touted as the 'SuperApp of Indian Railways', the revamped application, now called RailOne, is available for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in India.
RailOne is the rebranded version of the SwaRail app, offering a streamlined solution for all rail-related services. The app enables reserved ticket bookings, unreserved ticketing for general categories, parcel enquiries, live train tracking, and more.
A significant addition is the onboard food delivery system that ensures passengers can conveniently order meals during travel. It also comes with integrated R-Wallet support to manage payments within the app.
With over 1 lakh downloads already on the Play Store, the app is making a promising start in meeting its goal of creating a single window for railway services.
RailOne centralises several functionalities previously found in separate apps. This includes coach position indicators, the Rail Madad grievance system, tracking live train status, and even a trivia section called “Do You Know” that shares interesting facts about Indian Railways.
The app supports both Hindi and English, ensuring accessibility to users from various backgrounds. Single sign-on via OTP-based registration makes account access simple and secure, reducing the hassle of logging into multiple platforms.
To start using RailOne, download it from either the Play Store or App Store. After installation, users can register using a phone number or log in with Rail Connect or UTS credentials. Once inside, users can access modules such as ticket booking, PNR status, train search, food ordering and customer support. The app is designed with a clean interface to help even first-time users navigate easily without prior tech fluency.

RailOne particularly benefits users from small towns and rural areas who previously relied on multiple applications for services like ticketing, complaints, and schedule tracking. With everything integrated into one app, it addresses common accessibility issues and simplifies railway travel across regions. By promoting digital awareness and efficiency, RailOne supports Indian Railways’ mission of smarter, safer, and more connected transport services.
The RailOne app by Indian Railways sets a new benchmark in customer convenience, integrating multiple essential services into a single digital space. Whether booking tickets, checking train routes, or ordering food, passengers now have it all in one place. A true step ahead in transforming the travel experience for millions across India.
