
Sundaram Finance Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and 9 months ended December 31, 2025. The results were approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on February 2, 2026.
For 9M FY26, Sundaram Finance recorded disbursements of ₹24,270 crore, reflecting a growth of 13% compared to ₹21,532 crore in 9M FY25. Disbursements for Q3 FY26 increased by 14% to ₹8,847 crore. Assets under management grew by 16% to ₹58,236 crore as on December 31, 2025, compared to ₹50,199 crore as on December 31, 2024.
Profit after tax for 9M FY26 stood at ₹1,226 crore, marking a rise of 23% year on year. Profits from operations grew by 20% to ₹1,529 crore for the 9 month period, while Q3 FY26 operational profits rose by 27% to ₹592 crore. Net interest income increased by 21% to ₹2,475 crore during 9M FY26.

Gross Stage 3 assets stood at 1.91% as on December 31, 2025, compared to 1.70% a year earlier. Net Stage 3 assets were reported at 1.06%, versus 0.97% as on December 31, 2024. Return on assets was recorded at 2.67% for 9M FY26, while the capital adequacy ratio stood at 19.1%, with Tier I capital at 16.8%.
The Board declared an interim dividend of 160%, amounting to ₹16 per share, during the reporting period.
