
Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has announced an interim dividend of ₹1 per equity share, representing 10% of the paid-up share capital, for the financial year 2025–26. The dividend will be paid to eligible shareholders on or before March 6, 2026.
The company has fixed February 11, 2026, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for receiving the interim dividend. Investors whose names appear in the company’s register of members or depository records as of this date will qualify for the dividend payout.
The ex-date for the dividend also falls on February 11, 2026, meaning investors must purchase shares before this date to be eligible.
RVNL has maintained a consistent dividend distribution pattern over the past few years. In August 2025, the company paid a final dividend of ₹1.72 per share, following a final dividend of ₹2.11 per share in September 2024.
Earlier distributions included a final dividend of ₹0.36 per share in 2023 along with an interim dividend of ₹1.77 per share in April 2023. This steady dividend history highlights RVNL’s commitment to delivering shareholder value alongside project expansion.

The company reported consolidated revenue from operations of ₹4,684.46 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, compared with ₹4,567.38 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Total income for the quarter stood at ₹4,936.14 crore, slightly lower than ₹5,333.36 crore reported in the preceding September quarter.
Net profit after tax for Q3 FY26 came in at ₹324.14 crore, rising from ₹311.58 crore in the year-ago period and improving sequentially from ₹230.52 crore in the previous quarter.
For the nine months ended December 2025, total income reached ₹14,406.46 crore, while net profit stood at ₹689 crore compared with ₹822.41 crore recorded in the same period last year.
RVNL’s interim dividend announcement for FY26 reinforces its stable financial performance and shareholder-friendly approach. With infrastructure spending remaining strong in India, investors will closely track the company’s execution and future earnings outlook alongside dividend continuity.
