Reliance Retail-owned Lotus Chocolate Company faced a significant market reaction on January 13, 2026, as its shares dropped 10% to ₹677.

This decline followed the announcement of a steep 97% fall in net profit for Q3 FY26, amounting to ₹14 lakh, compared to ₹3.72 crore in the previous year.

Lotus Chocolate Q3FY26 Earnings Results

Lotus Chocolate's financial results for Q3 FY26 revealed a substantial decline in profitability. The company's net profit plummeted 97% to ₹14 lakh from ₹3.72 crore in Q3 FY25.

Revenue from operations also saw a 14% decrease, falling to ₹142 crore from ₹165 crore in the same period last year.
