Nuvama Wealth Management Limited (NSE: NUVAMA) has announced a stock split. The company has fixed Friday, December 26, 2025, as the record date to determine shareholder eligibility for the stock split.
As approved by shareholders through a postal ballot on December 7, 2025, the company will sub-divide one equity share of face value ₹10 each into five equity shares of face value ₹2 each, fully paid-up. This corporate action does not change the company’s market capitalisation but increases the number of outstanding shares.
The record date for the stock split is December 26, 2025. Investors holding Nuvama Wealth Management shares in their demat accounts at the end of this day will be eligible for the split. The ex-date for the stock split is also December 26, 2025, meaning shares will trade at the adjusted price from this date onwards.
The approved stock split ratio is 1:5. This means for every one equity share held with a face value of ₹10, shareholders will receive five equity shares with a face value of ₹2 each. While the face value and trading price adjust proportionately, the overall value of the investment remains unchanged.
For example, if an investor owns 100 shares of Nuvama Wealth Management before the record date and the market price is ₹4,000 per share, the total investment value would be ₹4,00,000. After the 1:5 stock split, the investor will hold 500 shares. Assuming the price adjusts proportionately, the post-split price would be around ₹800 per share, keeping the total investment value broadly unchanged at ₹4,00,000.
Alongside the stock split, Nuvama Wealth Management has maintained a dividend track record. The company declared interim dividends of ₹70 in November 2025, ₹69 in June 2025, ₹63 in November 2024 and ₹81.50 in August 2024, reflecting consistent shareholder payouts.

The Nuvama Wealth Management stock split is scheduled with a record date of December 26, 2025. Investors should ensure that the shares are credited to their demat account before the record date to be eligible for the split benefits, while remembering that the action does not change the underlying value of their investment.
