GE Vernova T&D India share price rose sharply on Thursday after the company reported a strong performance for the third quarter of FY26. The stock gained nearly 9% during intraday trade, even as the broader market remained weak.

At its peak, the share price touched ₹3,162, marking the biggest single-day rise since December 2025.

Stock Performance and Market Reaction

GE Vernova shares later pared some gains but still traded over 4% higher, while the Nifty 50 was in the red. The stock has now risen for 5 consecutive sessions.

Despite the recent rally, the stock is still slightly down so far in 2026, broadly in line with the benchmark index. The company’s market value stands at over ₹77,000 crore.

GE Vernova Q3 FY26 Financial Performance

GE Vernova delivered a solid set of numbers for the December quarter:

  • Revenue rose 58.4% year-on-year to ₹1,701 crore
  • EBITDA increased to ₹454.6 crore
  • EBITDA margin expanded to 26.7%
  • Net profit jumped to ₹291 crore
  • Order bookings grew 41% to ₹29.4 billion

The results exceeded market expectations across key parameters.

Management Commentary

The company’s Managing Director and CEO, Sandeep Zanzaria, said the strong performance reflects India’s fast-paced energy transition, supported by record additions in renewable power capacity.

He added that GE Vernova remains focused on taking up high-margin orders to ensure sustainable growth while maintaining strong operational discipline.
