
The SME segment witnessed an active trading day as Flywings Simulator Training, ScaleSauce and Methodhub Software made their market debuts on December 12, 2025. Each IPO saw varied levels of subscription interest, with strong listing momentum reflecting continued investor appetite for emerging businesses.
Flywings Simulator Training launched a ₹57.05 crore book-built IPO comprising a fresh issue of 0.25 crore shares and an offer for sale of 0.05 crore shares. The price band was set at ₹181 to ₹191 per share.
The IPO saw subscription, closing at 1.67 times overall, with category-wise demand of 0.97 times by retail investors, 1.56 times by QIBs (Ex-Anchor), and 3.47 times by NIIs.
The stock listed on NSE SME at ₹195.00, above the listing price of ₹191.00. By 10:16 AM on listing day, Flywings share price was trading at ₹196.10, up 2.67% from issue price.
Encompass Design India (ScaleSauce) launched a fully fresh issue worth ₹40.21 crore with a price band of ₹107 per share. The IPO closed with 2.19 times subscription, including 1.69 times retail, 1.25 times QIB (Ex-Anchor), and 4.60 times NII participation.
On listing day, Encompass Design India share price opened at ₹203.30 and dropped to ₹193.15 by 10:04 AM.
Methodhub Software witnessed the strongest subscription among the three, with its ₹102.49 crore IPO, comprising both fresh issue and OFS, being subscribed 28.91 times overall. The breakdown showed 21.54 times retail, 27.55 times QIB (Ex-Anchor), and an impressive 47.97 times NII subscription.
With a price band of ₹194 per share, Methodhub’s issue generated significant traction ahead of its BSE SME listing. Methodhub Software share price opened at ₹155.20 and moved to ₹162.90 at 10:06 AM.

The listing of Flywings Simulator Training, ScaleSauce and Methodhub Software highlights growing investor interest in SME-focused opportunities. Investors who were allotted shares will see their allotted shares credited to their demat account on the respective allotment dates.
