
Canara Robeco Asset Management Company Limited has announced the declaration of an interim dividend following a meeting of its Board of Directors held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The Board approved an interim dividend of ₹1.50 per equity share, representing 15% of the face value of ₹10 per share, for eligible shareholders.
The company has fixed Monday, December 22, 2025, as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders for the interim dividend.
Shareholders whose names appear in the company’s Register of Members at the close of business hours on the record date will be entitled to receive the dividend. Beneficial owners holding shares in dematerialised form must also be registered in the records of the depositories as of the same date to qualify.
Both physical and demat shareholders are covered under the dividend declaration. Investors holding shares through depositories will be eligible based on the beneficial ownership records maintained by the respective depository participants as of December 22, 2025.
For the second quarter of FY26, the company reported total income of ₹1,080 million, while profit after tax stood at ₹487 million. As of September 30, 2025, its assets under management (AUM) were valued at ₹1,176 billion, reflecting the scale of its operations and steady growth in managed assets.

The declaration of an interim dividend by Canara Robeco Asset Management, along with the record date set for December 22, 2025, offers clarity to shareholders on eligibility and timelines, reinforcing the company’s commitment to consistent shareholder returns.
