PNB Housing Finance reported a 23.2% YoY jump in net profit to ₹533.5 crore for Q1 FY26, up from ₹432.8 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue from operations rose 14% to ₹2,076 crore, while Net Interest Income (NII) increased 24.2% to ₹688 crore. The company’s gross margin, net of acquisition costs, came in at 4.06%.
Oberoi Realty posted a sharp 28% YoY decline in net profit to ₹421.2 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. This is down from ₹585 crore in Q1 FY25. Revenue also dropped 29.7% year-on-year to ₹987.5 crore, reflecting softer performance across its real estate segments.

Kerala-based Dhanlaxmi Bank posted a turnaround in Q1 FY26, reporting a net profit of ₹12.18 crore, compared to a net loss of ₹8 crore in the year-ago period. The lender’s Net Interest Income rose 39.3% year-on-year to ₹139 crore, driven by improved asset quality and controlled expenses.
