Indiqube Spaces IPO opened for subscription on July 23, 2025, and closed on July 25, 2025.
It was a book-building issue of ₹700.00 crore. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 2.74 crore shares aggregating to ₹650.00 crores and offer for sale of 0.21 crore shares aggregating to ₹50 crores.
The Indiqube Spaces IPO price band was set at ₹237 per share.
On Day 3 of subscription, July 25, as of 6:19 PM, Indiqube Spaces IPO was subscribed 13.00 times. QIBs subscribed 15.12x, NIIs subscribed 8.68x, and retail investors subscribed 13.28x.
The share allotment was finalised on Monday, July 28, 2025, and the shares were listed on BSE and NSE on Wednesday, July 30, 2025.
On the listing day, on the NSE, Indiqube Spaces share price (NSE: INDIQUBE) opened at ₹216.00, down from its issue price of ₹237.00. At 11:06 AM, the share price was trading at ₹211.07, down by 10.94% from its issue price and down by 2.28% from its opening price. As of the same time, the stock touched its day’s low at ₹201.60. The company’s market cap was ₹4,431.24 crore.
On the BSE, at 11:09 AM, Indiqube Spaces share price was trading at ₹210.90, down by 3.57% from its opening price of ₹218.70 and 11.01% down from its issue price of ₹237.
Incorporated in 2015, Indiqube Spaces Limited provides managed, sustainable, and tech-driven workplace solutions designed to modernise traditional office setups for businesses. The company delivers diverse workspace options, including corporate hubs and branch offices, focusing on enhancing employee experience through interiors, amenities, and services.
As of March 31, 2025, the company managed 115 centres across 15 cities, comprising 105 operational centres and 10 with executed letters of intent, covering 8.40 million square feet of super built-up area (SBA) with a total seating capacity of 186,719. Between March 31, 2023, and March 31, 2025, Indiqube expanded by adding 41 properties and establishing its presence in five new cities.

Despite subscription demand across all investor categories, Indiqube Spaces made a weak market debut, listing at a discount to its IPO price and continuing to trade lower on both NSE and BSE.
