GNG Electronics Ltd. made a powerful debut on the Indian stock exchanges today, Wednesday, July 30, 2025, listing at a sharp premium to its IPO price. The stock was listed at ₹355 on the NSE, marking a 49.79% gain over its issue price of ₹237 per share. On the BSE, it opened at ₹350, up 47.68%.

The shares were admitted for trading at 10:00 AM under the 'B' Group of Securities, following their inclusion in the Special Pre-open Session (SPOS). The strong listing was widely anticipated, given the robust investor demand and high subscription levels during the IPO.

Among retail investors, the subscription stood at 46.84 times, while Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) and Non-Institutional Investors (NIIs) showed even stronger interest, subscribing 266.21 times and 227.67 times, respectively.

This exceptional demand built up strong anticipation for a robust listing and the stock’s debut at nearly a 50% premium clearly reflected that investor sentiment.
