On June 17, Sterlite Technologies share price jumped over 11% for the second consecutive day after the company introduced its new range of Data Centre solutions. The stock rose as much as 11.33% to ₹92.80 on the BSE.
Sterlite Technologies, known for its optical and digital solutions, launched a next-generation lineup of Data Centre offerings. These include everything from cabling systems to complete end-to-end connectivity solutions.
According to the company’s June 16 press release, the new solutions are tailored to meet the demands of hyperscalers, colocation providers, enterprises, and telecom companies. The goal is to help build fast, flexible, and eco-friendly Data Centre infrastructure.
The new offering includes high-performance fibre and copper cabling, ideal for data centres, office campuses, and modern buildings. The copper systems provide secure and reliable data, AV, and security connections, while the fibre solutions ensure high-speed, low-latency networks.
Sterlite Technologies has teamed up with Tech Data – India, a subsidiary of TD SYNNEX, as its exclusive distributor in India. Tech Data will help make STL’s solutions available across the country and assist in expanding globally.
Bejoy Thekkekara, Senior Director at Tech Data India, said that the company’s wide distribution network and financial services, like Tech Data Capital, will support STL’s growth and competitiveness in the market.
Sterlite Technologies Limited, based in Pune, is an Indian company specialising in optical and digital technology. The company holds 636 patents and operates in more than 150 countries worldwide.

The stock opened at ₹103.00 and touched an intraday high of ₹110.49, with a low of ₹103.00. The company’s market capitalisation stood at ₹5,350 crore. It currently has no reported P/E ratio or dividend yield. The stock’s 52-week high is ₹155.05, while its 52-week low is ₹58.86.
