SML Isuzu has set July 9, 2025, as the record date for its final dividend. On May 30, 2025, SML Isuzu board declared a final dividend of ₹15 per share. 

SML Isuzu said in an exchange filing, “Recommended Final Dividend @180% i.e. Rs. 18/- per Equity share (fully paid equity share of Rs. 10/- each) for the financial year ended on 31st March 2025. The dividend will be paid after the approval of the Shareholders of the Company at the next Annual General Meeting of the Company.” 

What Does SML Isuzu Dividend Record Date Mean for Shareholders?

As SML Isuzu has set July 9 as the record date for its final dividend, meaning that July 8 marks the last day to buy SML Isuzu shares to become eligible for the final dividend. Further, any shares bought on or after July 9 (record date), won't be eligible for the final dividend due to the T+1 settlement rule.

SML Isuzu Business Highlights

During July 2025, total vehicle sales stood at 1,871 units, reflecting a 6.3% increase compared to 1,760 units in June 2024. Cargo vehicle sales rose significantly by 41.6%, from 339 units to 480 units. However, passenger vehicle sales saw a slight decline of 2.1%, dropping from 1,421 units to 1,391 units. For the April to June quarter of FY 2025–26, total sales reached 4,926 units, marking a 12.5% growth over 4,379 units in the same period last year. Cargo vehicles led this growth with a 46.3% rise in sales, while passenger vehicles increased by 4.0%.
