SJVN Limited announced its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.
For FY25, SJVN reported a standalone revenue from operations of ₹2,89,725 lakh, marking a notable increase from ₹2,53,359 lakh in FY24. Including other income of ₹35,519 lakh, total standalone income stood at ₹3,25,244 lakh for FY25, compared to ₹2,83,356 lakh in the previous year.
The standalone profit for FY25 came in at ₹97,018 lakh, up from ₹90,840 lakh in FY24.
However, on a quarterly basis, standalone revenue from operations declined to ₹44,599 lakh in Q4FY25 from ₹62,502 lakh in Q3FY25. Profit for the quarter also fell sharply to ₹3,072 lakh from ₹13,925 lakh in the previous quarter.
On a consolidated basis, revenue from operations for FY25 reached ₹3,07,201 lakh, registering a healthy increase from ₹2,57,937 lakh in FY24. Total consolidated income was ₹3,37,650 lakh in FY25, as against ₹2,87,696 lakh in the previous fiscal.
Consolidated profit for the year came in at ₹81,802 lakh, slightly lower than ₹91,144 lakh reported in FY24. The Q4FY25 consolidated results showed a net loss of ₹12,772 lakh, in contrast to a profit of ₹14,875 lakh in Q3FY25.
The Board of Directors recommended a final dividend of ₹0.31 per equity share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹1.15 per share declared in February 2025. The total dividend for the year stands at ₹1.46 per share.
On May 30, 2025, SJVN share price opened at ₹98.10, down from its previous close of ₹102.16. At 9:24 AM, the share price of SJVN was trading at ₹99.76, down by 2.35% on the NSE.

SJVN Limited reported its operational performance for FY25, with significant revenue growth on both a standalone and consolidated basis. Despite a weaker Q4 impacted by seasonal and operational factors, the company maintained profitability for the full year.
