Power Mech Projects Ltd. has received 2 operation and maintenance contracts totalling ₹551.35 crore. The orders were announced on July 14, 2025, and exclude applicable taxes, duties, and levies.
The first order, worth ₹498.39 crore, has been awarded by SJVN Thermal (P) Ltd. It covers commissioning support and full operation and maintenance for the 2x660 MW coal-based supercritical Buxar Thermal Power Project at Chausa in Bihar. The contract will be executed over 39 months.
The 2nd order, valued at ₹52.96 crore, has been placed by Jhabua Power Ltd, a joint venture with NTPC. It involves O&M work for a 1x600 MW unit located in Seoni district, Madhya Pradesh. The contract period is 3 years with an option for a 1-year extension.
In June, the company also received solar project orders under the PM-KUSUM Component C2 scheme. These include the installation of grid-connected solar plants with a total capacity of 13.66 MW (AC) at multiple substations across Bihar. The projects are expected to generate about ₹159 crore in revenue over a 25-year power purchase agreement.
For Q4FY25, the company reported a net profit of ₹129.8 crore, up 53.8% from ₹84.4 crore in the same quarter last year. Revenue rose to ₹1,853.3 crore from ₹1,301.5 crore, a 42.4% increase. EBITDA stood at ₹215.7 crore, compared to ₹149.5 crore in the year-ago period.
As of 10:08 AM on July 15, 2025, Power Mech Projects share price was trading at ₹3,280, a 1.85% increase.

With the latest orders from SJVN Thermal, Jhabua Power, and BSPGCL, Power Mech Projects has added over ₹700 crore in contracts. The projects span both thermal and solar segments, with timelines ranging from 3 to 25 years.
