PC Jeweller share price saw a rise in early trading on Monday, May 26, 2025. The stock opened at ₹13.50 and climbed to ₹13.56 on the BSE, registering an intraday gain of nearly 4%. Known as a multibagger stock, PC Jeweller has delivered massive returns—up 171% in the past year and over 1100% in the last five years.
PC Jeweller posted a significant improvement in its financials for the January–March 2025 quarter (Q4 FY25). The company posted a net profit of ₹95 crore, a strong comeback from the ₹124 crore loss in Q4 FY24.
Sales in Q4 FY25 jumped sharply to ₹699 crore, compared to just ₹48 crore in the same quarter last year. EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortisation) also rose substantially to ₹144 crore from ₹10 crore in Q4 FY24. The company credited this growth to increased footfall, higher transactions, and an adaptive product strategy that aligned with changing customer preferences.
The company shared a major positive update on its financial health. PC Jeweller signed a Settlement Agreement with its consortium of banks on September 30, 2024. By March 31, 2025, it had fulfilled all terms of this agreement. During FY25, it managed to reduce its outstanding debt to banks by nearly 50%. It also expressed confidence in becoming debt-free by the end of FY26.
As of March 31, 2025, PC Jeweller operated 52 showrooms, including 3 franchise locations, across 38 cities in 13 states. The company closed 3 stores in Siliguri, Durgapur, and Bhubaneswar during Q4 FY25 as part of its business optimisation efforts.
The company continues to strengthen its core capabilities, such as jewellery design, in-house manufacturing, skilled manpower, robust systems, and customer-friendly policies.
