On May 23, 2025, MTAR share price is expected to draw investors’ attention as the precision-engineered systems services provider, announced its audited consolidated financial results for the Q4 and the fiscal year ended March 31, 2025 (FY25).
MTAR serves critical sectors such as Clean Energy (including Civil Nuclear Power and Fuel Cells), Hydropower, Aerospace, and Defence, and continues to strengthen its market position through technological expertise and strategic growth.
For Q4FY25, MTAR posted a robust performance with significant year-on-year growth across key financial metrics. Revenue from operations rose sharply to ₹183.1 crore, marking a 28.1% increase compared to ₹143.0 crore in Q4 FY24. The company's operational efficiency also improved substantially, as reflected in its EBITDA, which surged by 87.5% year-on-year to ₹34.2 crore. Profit before tax more than doubled to ₹18.6 crore from ₹7.2 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) grew an impressive 182.7%, reaching ₹13.7 crore compared to ₹4.9 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
On an annual basis, MTAR recorded a steady rise in revenue, with operations bringing in ₹676.0 crore in FY25 — a 16.4% increase over ₹580.8 crore in FY24. EBITDA for the fiscal year saw a modest rise of 7.2%, standing at ₹120.9 crore compared to ₹112.7 crore a year earlier. However, the company reported a slight decline in profitability. Profit before tax dipped marginally by 2.0% to ₹71.6 crore, while profit after tax decreased by 5.7% to ₹52.9 crore from ₹56.1 crore in FY 2024.

Commenting on the results, Mr. Parvat Srinivas Reddy, Managing Director & Promoter, MTAR Technologies, said, “We have maintained a healthy growth trajectory in FY 25 by registering 16% growth in revenue YoY. Nearly Rs. 200 Crs of revenue is generated from new products added over the past couple of years, underscoring the trust of our customers and technological leadership. There shall be a sequential improvement in EBITDA margins over the coming quarters as we scale up the production of first article orders across various sectors.”
