On Monday, promoters Sharad Virji Shah, Anish Hemant Mehta, and Kaajal Harsh Bhansali sold a combined total of 1.334 million shares. This sale represented 5.8% of their total holdings and about 3.3% of the company’s overall outstanding shares.
Sharad Virji Shah sold 900,000 shares at ₹1,682.87 each, while Anish Mehta and Kaajal Bhansali each sold 217,000 shares at ₹1,664.62 per share. According to data from March 2025, the promoters collectively owned 57.05% of Paras Defence, with Sharad Shah holding 18.05% and both Anish Mehta and Kaajal Bhansali owning 3.53% each.

As of May 20, 2025, Paras Defence and Space Technologies share price stood at ₹1,599.80, down by ₹108.00 or 6.32% today. The stock opened at ₹1,707.80, reached a high of ₹1,714.00, and a low of ₹1,587.00 during the trading session.
The company has a market capitalisation of ₹6,440 crore and a price-to-earnings (P/E) ratio of 99.86. It does not currently offer a dividend yield. Over the past 52 weeks, the stock’s highest price was ₹1,945.00, while the lowest was ₹750.00.
