Panasonic Carbon India Co Limited's Board of Directors has declared a dividend of ₹12 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year ending March 31, 2025.
The company’s board has recommended a dividend of ₹12 per equity share (i.e., 120%) on fully paid-up equity shares of ₹10 each for the financial year 2024–25, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting scheduled for Thursday, 26 June 2025.
The record date for determining eligible shareholders for the dividend has been set as Thursday, 19 June 2025.
For the quarter ended March 31, 2025, the company reported revenue from operations of ₹1,26,934.76 thousand, compared to ₹1,32,479.97 thousand in the previous quarter and ₹1,24,891.28 thousand in the corresponding quarter last year. Other income stood at ₹29,339.62 thousand, bringing the total income for the quarter to ₹1,56,274.38 thousand.
For the full year ended March 31, 2025, the company posted total revenue from operations of ₹5,39,985.00 thousand, up from ₹5,13,108.51 thousand in FY24. Including other income of ₹1,17,857.77 thousand, the total income for FY25 stood at ₹657,842.77 thousand. Profit after tax for FY25 was reported at ₹2,08,289.50 thousand, an increase from ₹1,85,891.12 thousand in FY24.
On June 17, 2025, Panasonic Carbon India Co share price opened at ₹580.50 and closed at ₹576.45, up by 1.01%. The stock price touched its day’s high at ₹582.50.
Incorporated in 1982, Panasonic Carbon India Company Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of carbon rods. It operates as a subsidiary of Panasonic Corporation.
